Ministry Teams

LCC Ministries at Litchfield Christian Church offers a variety of teams and programs that support worship, care, outreach, and spiritual growth for all ages, from nursery and kids’ programs to youth and small groups. Each ministry team works together to serve the church community through areas like worship, facilities, finance, events, and care, helping members grow in faith and stay connected.

  • Nursery

    Kaloni Park Nursery Leader

    The Nursery Team serves by providing childcare during the service each week for kids’ newborn to 3 years of age.

  • Care Team

    Sally Hulburt Care Team Leader

    The Care Team is here to help share the love of Christ by seeking to help meet the needs of the congregation including things like meals, rides, prayer etc.

  • Office and Marketing Team

    Wendy Lundin Office and Marketing Team Leader

    The office team works closely with the other ministries in the church to help promote and organize the events and ministries at the church.

  • Finance Team

    Rick Lund Finance Team Leader

    The Finance Team works to help create budgets, document financial records, and manage the payments and financial accounts at the church.

  • Small Group Team

    Tracey McCoy Small Group Team Leader

    The small group team works by overseeing the small groups in the church and helping with finding creative ways to help grow as a community of believers.

  • Worship and Tech

    Anna Kalkbrenner Worship and Tech Team Leader

    The Worship team leads us in weekly worship, runs the audio and visual for the service and oversees the live streaming.

  • Facilities

    Dave Treml Facilities Team Leader

    The Facilities team oversees the upkeep of all facilities and grounds.

  • Kitchen Team

    Jan Borowicz Kitchen Team Leader

    The kitchen Team provides coffee for church events, maintains the kitchen, and helps coordinate potlucks and the kitchen for events that use the church facilities.

  • Youth Team

    Elizabeth Watson Youth Group Leader

    The Youth Team helps lead and plan Wednesday night youth and other youth events throughout the year.

  • Kids Connection

    Sara Dollerschell Children’s Ministry Leader

    At Litchfield Christian Church, we believe it is our responsibility to teach children about God’s truth in an age-appropriate manner AND to also teach them how to worship as an intergenerational body of believers. 

    To accomplish this, we encourage kids to join their families during the praise portion of our worship service.  Following praise time, we invite kids to participate in a Children’s Sermon and then they are dismissed to go to the Kids Connection room for further study of the lesson.  This separate learning time is intended for kids from 4 years old through 5th grade.
